Policy for the Treatment of Personal Data
1. INTRODUCTION EMINENCE CLUB (hereinafter "EMINENCE") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information of its users, customers and other persons whose personal data may be processed in the development of its commercial activity. EMINENCE collects, uses, stores and processes Personal Data in accordance with the principles established in Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and other applicable regulations in Colombia.
2. DATA CONTROLLER EMINENCE acts as Data Controller of Personal Data and makes its contact details available to data subjects:

- Send communications about products, services, promotions and news.
- Respond to queries, requests and complaints from owners.
- Conduct internal market studies and statistical analysis.

- Comply with legal obligations applicable to e-commerce activity.
4. SCOPE OF APPLICATION This policy applies to the collection, storage, use, circulation and deletion of personal data carried out in the territory of the Republic of Colombia by EMINENCE and, where applicable, with third parties that EMINENCE hires for the development of its commercial activity.
5. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the General Regime for the Protection of Personal Data applicable in Colombia, especially Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, Law 1266 of 2008, and other regulations that modify, add to or complement it.
6. RIGHTS OF THE OWNERS The owners of personal data have the right to:
- Know, update and rectify your personal data.
- Request proof of the authorization granted for the processing of your data.
- Be informed about the use of your personal data.
- File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the law.
- Revoke authorization and/or request deletion of your personal data in cases where there is no legal or contractual obligation to maintain the data.
- Access free of charge to personal data that have been processed.
7. SECURITY MEASURES EMINENCE adopts technical, human and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, tampering, loss, use and consultation. These measures are implemented to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.
8. PROCEDURE FOR THE EXERCISE OF RIGHTS The holders of personal data may exercise their rights to know, update, rectify, delete data or revoke authorization by means of a request sent via email: theeminence.club@gmail.com. Queries will be answered within a maximum of ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days following receipt.
9. VALIDITY OF THE POLICY This Personal Data Processing Policy is effective from its publication and will remain in effect as long as EMINENCE processes personal data.
AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
I, as the owner of the personal data, authorize EMINENCE CLUB to process my personal data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable regulations. I understand that the processing will include the collection, storage, use, circulation and deletion of the data for the purposes established in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
I declare that I have been informed of my rights as the owner of personal data, including the right to know, update, rectify and delete my information, as well as the right to revoke this authorization.
