1. Generalities
These General Conditions of Use, Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy regulate the use of the website https://eminenceclub.co/. Through this page, EMINENCE CLUB provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them online. People who wish to make purchases must complete the registration form and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Access to our website by any person implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. EMINENCE CLUB reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, so users are advised to review them periodically. Any changes will be effective from the moment of their publication on the website.
2. Customer Registration
In order to make purchases at EMINENCE CLUB, the user must register by completing the registration form. This process implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

4. Order Notification
Once the order has been placed and payment confirmed, EMINENCE CLUB will send an email to the customer with the details of the purchase, including the products purchased, the delivery address and the order number for tracking.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact customer service through the means provided as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be possible to make the requested change or cancellation. If it has already been shipped, the return process will be carried out in accordance with our policies.
6. Shipping and Deliveries
I. Product Delivery: EMINENCE CLUB undertakes to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. Delivery is only made in Colombia. It is recommended to provide an address where the order can be received during business hours.
II. Delivery Time:
- Medellín and surrounding areas: 5 to 10 calendar days.
- Rest of Colombia: 5 to 10 business days.
These delivery times are estimates and may vary for logistical reasons, non-working days or force majeure. EMINENCE CLUB will inform the customer in the event of delays.
III. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are included in the final price of the product for all of Colombia.
IV. Delivery Problems: If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the courier company will attempt to deliver the order again. In the event of failure, the order will be returned to EMINENCE CLUB and the customer will assume the additional costs for a new shipment. EMINENCE CLUB is not responsible for errors in the address provided by the customer.
7. Warranties
EMINENCE CLUB product warranties are managed in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 of the Republic of Colombia. The conditions are specified below:
- Clothing: 30 calendar days from receipt of the product for manufacturing defects (seams, buttons, zippers).
- Watches: 2 years for machinery failures and 1 year for battery. Exclusions: damage due to impacts, improper use or exposure to substances.
- Glasses: 1 year for manufacturing defects. Exclusions: scratches or damage due to improper use.
- Bags: 30 calendar days for manufacturing defects.
- Caps: 30 calendar days for manufacturing defects.
To process a warranty, the customer must contact us via WhatsApp at +57 (305) 204-1254. The customer assumes the cost of the first shipment and, if the warranty is accepted, EMINENCE CLUB will assume the cost of the return. If the warranty is denied, the customer must assume the cost of reshipment.
8. Exchanges and Returns
I. Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, the customer has 5 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the item is in its original packaging and without signs of use. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
II. Product Changes:
- Clothing: Exchanges for reference, size or color within 15 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and with tags.
- Perfumery: Exchanges are only accepted if the perfume is sealed and in perfect condition.
- Glasses, Watches and Bags: Exchanges within 5 days. Products must be free of scratches and signs of use. The replacement process can take up to 2 months.
III. Refunds: If a refund is required, it will be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days via electronic transfer, payment reversal or bank deposit.
9. Responsibility
EMINENCE CLUB is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by Internet network problems.
- Failures in courier services resulting in delays or loss of orders.
- Errors in the information provided by the client.
However, we are committed to supporting our customers to resolve any issues related to delivery or the product.
10. Privacy Policy and Data Processing
In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 of the Republic of Colombia, EMINENCE CLUB guarantees that the personal data provided by customers will be treated with criteria of confidentiality, security and restricted circulation. The purpose of data collection is the correct management of purchases and the provision of the service.
Rights of Data Subjects:
- Know, update and rectify your data.
- Request the deletion of your data or revoke the authorization for processing.
- Request proof of the authorization granted.

11. Intellectual Property
